(Note to Linux Qlog users: To display the UTC time in 24 hour format, you need to make sure not only your GUI but the console is set for 24 hour time. You can do this in most distros by opening a terminal and typing:

localectl set-locale LC_TIME=en_GB.UTF-8

and then logging out and logging back in!)
